GENERAL CONDITIONS AND USE POLICY – CELINA LOCKS BEAUTY
The buying procedures and privacy policy of Celina Locks Beauty site, will be governed by this instrument. This document is essential in order consumers get to know the rights they have at the moment of the purchase and as brand clients. Visiting the terms described below is fundamental as a way to ensure that the steps are accomplished with greater ease and avoiding possible doubts and errors.
Celina Locks Beauty reserves the right to change this Policy and General Conditions, at its free and exclusive discretion, without prior notice, being the entire responsibility of the user to constantly visit this policy.

1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Registration: process of submitting basic personal information of users on the site. The register information will be stored on Celina Locks Beauty brand data base;
1.2. Unsubscription: refers to the cancellation of the registration. The information previously stored through the register will be excluded from Celina Locks Beauty brand data base.
1.3. Clients: people who have registered and acquired products offered by the site;
1.4. Site Celina Locks Beauty: refers to the electronic address www.celinalocksbeauty.com;
1.5. Visitor: anyone and everyone who browses the site;
1.6. Authentication: providing the information requested in the registration so that customers can be granted access to the restricted area of the site; and
1.7.SAC: Customer Service is the channel for customer service and support.
2. REGISTRATION
2.1. As a way to optimize the delivery of the requested products, it is necessary for the customer to register on the site. The registration, which will only provide basic information, will be essential for the consumer to be able to follow your order and be advised at each update.
2.2. If it is of interest to the customer, the registration may also serve as a means of informing him about news and brand promotions. However, if you do not wish to do so, you may unsubscribe.

2.4. The information requested in the register refers especially to the supply of the following data by the customers: (i) full name; (ii) date of birth; (iii) passport or ID number; (iv) e-mail address; (v) telephone; (vi) gender; and (vii) home address. Other personal information of a confidential nature, such as bank details, will be requested only at the time of payment, and will not remain registered in any way on the site.
2.5. The information filled in the registration must be true and accurate, and the client must update this information as and when the changes occur, under penalty of bearing the omission.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. Forms of payment: the forms of payment will be available at the time of purchase on the site, and may be made through: credit card and other methods of payment for online purchases. Celina Locks Beauty will be able to privilege a certain form of payment over the others, or even to suspend it, at any moment, independently of previous notice.
3.2. Authentication: for the visitor to purchase a product, he must be duly authenticated with his registration data on the site.
3.3. Shipping: the value of the delivery will be calculated depending on the type of shipping chosen by the customer. The types of shipping are variable according to the time of delivery and the carrier that will make the delivery, so that the possible forms will be described in the table of shipping at the time of finalization of the purchase.
3.4. Installment plan: the possibility of installment plan is indefinite and will be determined depending on the value of the product or purchase. The possible forms of installment payment will be available when the purchase is finalized.
3.5. Promotions: the promotions will always be notified on the site, so that they can take place in several different ways: percentage on the final value, fixed value to be discounted, products with reduced prices, discount coupons and others.
3.6. Price: the prices of products on the site are the same for consumers worldwide.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery: the deliveries of the orders made by the clients will be made by the carriers hired by Celina Locks Beauty. However, the client has the option of choosing another transporter to depend on the kind of freight desired. The receipt of the product can be made by any person who is on the site, provided that fully capable in accordance with the Civil Code, including porters and secretaries, through the presentation of personal document and signature on the proof of delivery, making the delivery valid for all purposes.
4.2. Delivery time: the delivery time will depend on the type of shipping chosen at the time of purchase and will be automatically calculated by Celina Locks Beauty site. The term will be computed from the first working day after the approval of the product payment.
4.3. Failure to deliver: 3 (three) visits will be made to the delivery address indicated by the customer. If Celina Locks Beauty can not realize the delivery of the product in any of the attempts, regardless of the reason for failure, the product will return to stock, and the customer will be notified by e-mail. Once notified, the customer should contact the SAC on the site Celina Locks Beauty.
4.4. Information: after finishing the purchase, the customer will receive information about the shipping status of the product. The shipping stages until the products are delivered are: (i) order confirmation; (ii) payment approved; (iii) order in separation; (iv) order in the carrier; and (v) order successfully delivered.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
5.1. Data storage: all information obtained with the registration of visitors will be incorporated into the database of the brand Celina Locks Beauty, and its responsible CELINA LOCKS BEAUTY EIRELI, based in the City and State of Sao Paulo at Rua Gomes de Carvalho 1510 – Vila Olimpia – Zip Code 04547-005 and enrolled in the CNPJ under No. 34.533.229/0001-03. All data will be stored securely, so that the information can be accessed only by qualified persons and authorized by Celina Locks Beauty. The stored information will be excluded from Celina Locks Beauty brand data base in case the client realizes the unsubscribe.
5.2. Use of information: the data provided by customers will be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide updates on the order made by the client, both by electronic address and cell phone, by sending SMS ; (ii) to allow access to the restricted area of the site; (iii) to inform about news, promotions and events of the Celina Locks Beauty brand; (iv) to facilitate communication between the brand and clients; and (v) for judicial purposes, if necessary.
5.3. Use of localization: applications that may eventually be associated with the site, and the site itself, may request the use of localization by the user, a tool that will enable the provision of relevant information depending on the location, such as ads and custom content.
5.4. E-mail: when registering, the customer may receive e-mail communications regarding orders placed, registration data and about promotions and announcements. If it is not in the customer’s interest to receive the e-mails, he may request in the e-mail itself to be unsubscribed from the mailing list.
5.5. Information sharing: it is declared that all the information provided will be protected by Celina Locks Beauty site. It is necessary to share register information with third parties hired by the brand to improve the business. Examples are the logistic services of the orders, sending e-mails, analysis of the data base, creation of marketing actions and processing of transactions by credit card. It is important to highlight that its use is authorized only for the purposes contracted. It is guaranteed that no personal information will be commercialized or freely given to other brands and sites.
5.6. Safe buying: the data referring to the bank account will not be stored on the site’s database and, therefore, will not be of access to Celina Locks Beauty. Such information is confidential and will be protected by encryption.
5.7. Cookies: the site will use cookies as a way to store commercial information of its visitors, that is, data regarding their product preferences and consumption pattern. If it is of interest to the visitor, such cookies may be blocked in the browser settings.
5.8. Damages: Celina Locks Beauty declares to take all possible precautions so that the best security system of the portal exists, however it is not responsible for any damages that are not of its responsibility, such as failures, viruses or invasions to the site database.
6. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
6.1. According to the Law nº 8.078, referring to the Consumer Defense Code, Celina Locks Beauty brand has developed an exchange and return policy that corresponds to the interests of its consumers, protecting them and guaranteeing their rights in adverse situations.
6.2. Return: according to Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, customers can give up the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product. This way, if it is of consumer’s interest, Celina Locks Beauty will receive the product, as long as it is in perfect conditions and, in return, will cancel the amount paid, which can take until 7 (seven) working days to credit client’s account.
6.3. Exchange: the exchange will only be granted when the product is not delivered in the situations promised by the site or if the customer wants a product of equal value. If the customer opts for a product of greater value, it will assume eventual excess value.
6.3.1. Malfunction: due to carelessness of the carriers in the goods transportation process, the products may arrive damaged at the customer’s residence. In this case, the damages are visually remarkable on the packaging, so that customers can submit a complaint in the SAC of the site. It is necessary to send photos of the damaged products so that they can be evaluated and new products can be sent in perfect conditions.
6.3.2. Defect: if the products come with defects in their packaging or their composition, new products may be requested together with the SAC of the site. If the defect is not visually visible, such as problems due to the chemical composition of the product, it must be returned for testing. In relation to the visible defects, the consumer should also send a photo of the defects.
6.3.3. Disagreement with the request: if products are delivered different from what was requested by the consumer, it will be enough for the client to send a message to the SAC with the invoice, indicating the products that had been of facts purchased. If it is the case of missing products, the client should send a photo of the products he received, informing those who are absent. If you receive all the wrong products, they should be returned so that the items are sent properly.
6.4. Procedure: in case of withdrawal of the product or change, it will be necessary to contact SAC at Celina Locks Beauty site. The consumer should inform the occurred in an e-mail, submitting also the invoice that proves its purchase. After this process, he should send the product back to the address provided by SAC, so that as soon as the product is received, a new product will be sent. In case of exchange due to malfunction and defects, it will be necessary to send photos of such products so that they can go through an analysis.
6.5. Deadline: after the product is received back by Celina Locks Beauty, the new item will be sent within 10 (ten) working days.
6.6. Hours of attendance: the attendance will be carried through in commercial period.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
7.1. Responsibilities: (i) pay for all internet use services and data that are requested for browsing the site; (ii) provide the necessary equipment to access the site; (iii) have security systems on the device itself, preventing them from being harmed by possible viruses and invasions on the site; (iv) make your own registration on the site; (v) pay compensation in the event of committing damages and losses to Celina Locks Beauty, as governed by Article 70 of the Code of Civil Procedure; and (vi) maintain the Celina Locks Beauty brand image free and clear, undertaking not to defame or commit any other acts that harm its image publicly.
8. LEGISLATION AND FORUM
8.1. This General Conditions and Use Policy is governed by the legislation of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Its text should be interpreted in the Portuguese language. Clients and visitors submit themselves to the Central Forum of the District of the Capital of the State of São Paulo.
